Claims should be notified promptly to us or alternatively, we will advise you where a policy requires notification by you to insurers or their agent.  You should read the notification conditions in your policy and observe conditions relating to the reporting and handling of claims and circumstances – failure to do so may lead to your claim not being paid. On receipt of a claim notification we will assess that claim and explain the position if coverage issues arise or if further information is required and seek your further instructions.  Where it is our responsibility we will notify insurer(s) of the claim and confirm when notification has been made. We will promptly communicate any information received from insurer(s), in relation to the claim
